the mob would have a vamp type heal. if they hit below the min amount they can steal hp for they heal for 0.

Just fyi, it's the same on mana/energy thefts when you "steal zero." Both are shown as "+0", b/c 0 is neither positive nor negative, so it's just assumed to be adding zero. Makes total sense...kinda

ive had it for a while... it happens about once every 10 minutes using bca's
That is why. I see it a lot with BCAs. When the mob hits for 1 damage (usually accompanied by a huge blood-let )

As a vamp i also got a round 0 heals, while killing mob in tw, i kept trying to exit and start again to heal off of mob and i was getting only 0s.
Don't think the mob had any shield reduction damage or something like that.
you cant heal more than the mob has health so if u do enough to heal more than that you will heal all of that in the first hit but after that you will heal 0s
