Archery Overhaul
Bow users are among the top complainers in the game, so why not make them happy? Here is my idea to buff bow users.
1. You must have a bow, arrow, and quiver to fire a bow.
2. In order to fire a trishot, you must have 3 of the same type of arrow equipped.
3. Trishot now has a bonus 5% chance to occur.
OR
1. You must have a bow, arrow, and quiver to fire a bow.
2. You can equip 3 of the same type of arrow, increasing trishot chance by 5%.

Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
