Support and an addition: Make the base damage the same, but deactivate Destruction (i.e: magic crits) and Rupture/Improved Rupture altogether (or whatever DoT damage skill you deem more important).
This would make wand tanks HEALERS, not damage-dishers.
It would also grant true tanks a way to gain more mana/energy without too much trouble without making them too strong.
- For the above buff, deactivate Agression partially (making taunts based upon CnC once more, instead of relying on 95% prevention reduction)
