Default Local/Buddy List Sorting
Local/Buddy list needs a 'Sort by clan enemy' option.

So, you'd have your clan enemies showing up at the top of the lists, auto-sorted by level.

any buddy sorting would be nice, just like how u can sort local listings, and a way to filter Cage to the bottom would be nice
