calculation for hits
Im hoping that glitchless will answer this because i saw another instance in the forums and when i did the calculations i got some insane number like 809 for my max with lvl 41 crushers ... is there a limit to how much above a weapons max u can hit and if so what is it and what are the formulas to calculate how high u hit and how often if your willing to divulge this information glitchless it would be awesome

Yea I'd kinda like to know how stats play into affecting max damage and such...I have a handy-dandy chart that tells me what skill to level next to increase DPS the most, and the only thing I have left to factor in are accuracies and stats...so any more info on that would be mucho appreciated
FYI: I saw somewhere that normal accuracy was ~75% and each lvl was +/- 3%...can anyone confirm or clarify that? tyvm!

crit = 1.5 (max)
>>>overcrit makes it (2)
crush spec gives like (1.3) i think
str is 1.5(max)
class bonus-warrior is (1.15)

Overcrit increases it by .33% per point so the max is 1.88x

is there a formula for how often you will hit your max? cause thats part of str it says it determines how often you are going to do full damage so there has to be a formula supporting that somewhere

Yeah.. so isnt it 1.5(reg crit) * 1.33(overcrit lv 100)
Thats 1.995-- close enough to 2.
... and no idea about likelihood of hits.

As far as I know, everything is multiplicative(so far)...and even tho overcrit raises max damage by .33% each point, it's actually .3333333 etc, or 1/3% which does make 1.5*(4/3) at lvl 100 for x2 damage on crits. Just as the class bonuses aren't really -17%, they're -16.666% as Glitchless put in an older post regarding rounding issues and some classes lvling slightly faster than others due to the discrepancies. I do agree that the wording makes it seem to be additive tho...
