Contributing to clans

uhm, i would like it that N's would be able to contribute to clans with gold, can we make this possible. and be able to put runes in vaults.

They can -- through taxes. They were restricted from contributing directly as it was found to be exploitable.

Officers & Masters can add runes to the vault, regardless of whether or not they have a paid account.
