Reroll and Stat Distribution Tweaks

I thought it appropriate to offer the Glitchless team some kudos for the swift response on this latest set of tweaks. Although the stat distribution window does still appear at first login, I am pleased that the larger issue of repeatedly required manual window closing in the skills section has been addressed and fairly rapidly after the suggestion was put forward.

As for rerolling WITH tcs in storage, I think this too removes a niggling inconvenience for those who choose to reroll, though I have not yet had that complaint to deal with.

Jeff if this patch was active when someone rerolled my char i would keep my TC's.

seriously it was 3 sb TC's and i dont earn 15 $ that easy TBH.

Do you only keep TimeCards when rerolling, or does it extend to perma-death by PKK as well?
