Default Runes and Spies
As a result of the recent patch (thank you) spies can longer use the runes.

Is it possible to enable spies to pay taxes and use runes and yet remain spies?

Well, what use are spies in Nod anyways? Just to fcailitate anonymity and allow 'wimps' ingame to hang out with buddies in clans secretly.

Would rather see spies become of some use first.

One idea that occurs would be to deplete the spy's main clan RP at an unnoticeable rate.

Just 'thinking out loud' so to speak

or have spies secretly lower the rune power of the clan they are in and give it to the spies clan which they are a spy in CnC style
