v0.656 Crafting & Resell Changes

[Glitchless]

Resell values have been lowered for items. This is necessary for another patch later tonight where you will get occasional random item drops from fighting normal creatures.

Crafting has been made cheaper. Less resin is required and dust (which only comes from epics and epics are not available in the beta) is no longer needed for crafting rares.
