a trade chat

now idk if this has been brought up b4, but y not make a trade chat. we have 1 for civil, 1 for uncivil, and not many people read forums specifically 4 auctions, (me think) but tons see the chat, so itd b better advertising, and wuld please many people(me thiks again) Jeff.
