Epic Gem suggestion

Alright, just thought of this, so it isn't well thought out, just wanted to throw it out as a suggestion...

Epic enhancement gem

This gem enhances the (dont know what you call them) added effects % on epic items by 25,50,75,100%

for example, an epic shock staff has 37% chance of forsaken, with 25% epic enhance gem, iti wll bump he 37% by 25%, for a total of ~45% chance.

Same with bow, arrow, slashers, etc... good way to add more epic gems into the lineup... they could be level 17/37/57/75 or something like that...

Yes, it will give epics yet another bump in value, but i think it will help the game and also encourage epics to be purchased/used for everyone.

You could even have the epic enhance increase AC by say 10/20/30/40% as well...
