How about an toggleable option as a seller to allow items to be purchased the same way they are in the local shops.

For example if I have 15 elder turkey leathers for sale in the AH and the buyer only wants 5. The buyer could hold down CTL and click, then type in 5 and only purchase 5 of them or the right click option where it asks if you want to buy 1 or buy 10. After the purchse the remaining items will still be available for purchase at the same price per item.

I'm sure not everyone would want this turned on because they adjust pricing based on the amount of items for sale, but personally my prices are the same no matter if I have 1 or 10 of the same for sale.
