i skipped right to the end so idk if its been said, but what about only selling for maybe 4-5k above what u bout...i havent read anything that says reselling something is against the rules..just keep it from going from 60k-70k cuz u want a big profit...yeah this i idea sux if i think about it

Prior to writing this post, I have read every one that came before it. As a lvl 17 Guardian fighting lvl 20 + creatures, I still only receive 10 to 15 each fight (with the occasional gold rush of 20 to a 100). So even with shared bliss and my three hours a day rested time, I still have a tough time exceeding 1.5k a day. I keep spending my in game money to continue the advancement if my character (the reason I play). So those of you who can afford the now one million dollar time cards, keep them. Whoever can neglect there character to just cop out of the five bucks for quite some time to buy these over inflated time cards are not playing for the joy of playing. Nod is a great game and to fight over time cards is taking away from that. Time cards are OPTIONAL. Those who wish to buy them at any price may at there choosing. This may be a great game, but its still a game, so chill, relax and enjoy the ride...

Yeah, that is with rested time. I even got premium account time the other day (three hours rested a day) and the are multiple battles in a row that I get no gold what so ever. Now I'm averaging 5 to 15 gold whenever I do get gold

i think best way is Jeff to set a stable, fair price for TCs like 60k, without paying any goblin tax, you cant sell-pay for less or more

so TCs wont be a quick profit way or a trade good anymore...

though in a different topic its just unlogical to say ''its ok to resell other stuff but not TCs since we pay for it''---> you can pay $5 and then sell a TC for gold, then buy an item, this is to pay real money for an ingame item in an indirect way, but since everything is convertable to each other in this way its pretty absurd to make such a statement like i mentioned before...

i agree...the reality is; high lvls buy tcs for whatever price they r asked...cuz "why the hell not?" the issue here is rlly about those players starting, that might want to actually afford a tc b4 they hit lvl 30. JEFF...u only stand to make more money in the long run, if ppl can afford a tc for a standard (or god forbid, a couple for virts to use that neat new gear). And as far as the aspect reflected by my dearly adored Music, selling TCs for cheap doesnt fix the problem...cuz the problem is resellers buying up ur cheap TCs en masse...and selling them for much more (tho im sure they love you for selling them 5 TCs for 60k, so they can make 30k rather than merely 10k, on their "resell buisness :P) JUST SB ALL TCs BOUGHT IN AH...AND BE DONE WITH THIS NONSENSE (u wont lose money at all, jeff...u'll have more ppl playing at high lvl, and we all know how many tcs pour thro "high lvl" gullets each week)

i really doubt your ability to understand if this 60K thingie refers to me...

also soulbounding them isnt a solution since the "first" seller would sell his TC at whatever price he desires

Got another idea on how to help fix this issue reasonably.

Pay the auction vendor pay the gobllin tax up front wether the item is sold or not. (I'm assuming the items are held on the AH for 4 days).

That way, if no-one buys, the vendor is out of pocket. Also, it means that the vendor needs to have money to pay the tax up front too.

from what i've read in the last several posts...

1. agreed. Nod is a 'free' game. you can get all the benefits with the exception of AH with a non paid acct. TC's are OPTIONAL, they are not required to play the game, they make it more enjoyable, but by no means is a TC a required part of the game. I know a couple people who are lvl30+ who were nonpaid until lvl20ish and then work a crafting skill to keep in TC's now.

2. Limiting the price of TC is not going to help the 'newer' people as everyone says it will. If the price of TC drop down to 50k and never go above, i'll buy everyone and grind out trophies in battle with my 7 hours of RRT i'll have, sell my 15 stacks of 30 combat trophies at 30g/k and just keep buying more TC's with the 60k gold i'll make doing it. I'm not saying that everyone is being selfish, but if you will notice, it is mainly the level 25-50 people complaining about prices. I'm not completely confident it is because they want the 'newer' people to get the experience nearly as much as they want to 'not pay rl cash into the game.'

3. As i've said before, you can't trade a TC for RL cash. Once a TC is purchased, it becomes a game object. nothing more. TC should be treated like gold, IMO, which is why it can't be looted in a PK, like your gold can't be looted. Flipping a TC is no different than flipping epics, or for that matter, enchanting trophies from resins.... No matter what, a reseller is a reseller, it doesn't matter what you are reselling, you are still doing it to make a profit.

4. Selling TC's cheap will fix the problem. It just takes time, and a change of attitude. realistically, i don't know that 'resellers' caused this problem. The price will continually go up until the public hits its limit. it obviously hasn't. There are clans that have 'clan priced TC's, perhaps all who are against TC prices skyrocketing should start a clan, and sell to only their clan mates =)

5. this is a dead horse stop beating the dead horse. I haven't seen jeff make any twitch towards fixing or correcting this problem, and griping will only make those instigators raise their prices more, just like calling people J*W in the chat rooms because they are trying to make gold. Play the game to have fun, enjoy the game, and get epic drops... =)
