Grinder conversion

Would it be possible to convert previously purchased grinder upgrades (that are no longer useful because of TCs for RT) into TCs that are soulbound that we can eat for our accounts?

Ex. Convert Grinder to 11 TCs like how we can convert standard to premium time.

With the addition of converting TC's to rested time the grinder upgrade has become less attractive to players who like to convert TC's to rested frequently. Rather than a conversion feature like you suggested we will be adding a new effect to the grinder upgrade. People will grinder will receive 7 hours rested time when converting TC's directly to rested instead of the usual 6.
