crafting not worth it

tried armorcrafting an epic item, figuring epics often sell for more than listed value and i could make some gold. but even with epic, lost a lot of gold.

an improvement would be that once u collect all the items for master recepi then u could make as many consumable recepies as u want, or at least a good amount, say 10. without having to collect all the master recepis items as well as all the consumable recepi items each time.

ther recent patch where u get more that one dust for an epic dismantling is not enough to get people to craft

When you collect everything yourself and buy the resins from the store there is a significant margin for profit when selling mid and high level rares and epics on the AH.

yes but for an epic item u need epic dusts and u can't buy these from the store. for example, the epic 25 shield master recepi required 2 dust of depths and in auction house they were selling for approx. 10-15k each.

by the time u add the resin cost and everything else there certainly wasn't a significant profit for this shield going 35- 40k in ah, even if i could collect the rest of the items required myself.

The prices in Epic Dusts should go down now that you can potentially get 2 epic dusts when you dismantle epics. Currently all Epic Dusts are overpriced. I will admit that even though I sell them high as well.

i have bought dust for between 5-8k in AH keep an eye out for bargins and oyu will get them

The think the recent change does allow for a lot larger profit margin if that is the avenue u'd like to travel down.
