i never asked for pw. he offered. and rightful owner (who emailed glitch a while ago) will get toon back.
the current user agrees he isn't real nate. and that nate should get toon back.

perhaps glitchless can contact kembo? and get pw? and directly email to nate?

2. Sharing accounts is not a bannable offense, however, it is a horrible idea. We will not provide support for the problems that will no doubt arise when you share your account such as account theft, item theft, account banning (if a person on your account breaks the rules, that's your fault), etc. The sole person to have made a real money purchase on account is defined as the account owner. If no purchases have been made, or if purchases have been made by multiple parties, the e-mail assigned to the account designates the owner. We will only allow password recovery and resets for the account owner and will do so at our discretion. We strongly discourage account sharing.

tipsy. if you spent 5 years building a toon. then lost it. it sucks. nate wasn't very op. it took him a long time to get where he is. he gave mot/crusher his pw for arena. people can complain about that. but 9/10 teams give their teammates pws.

This isn't Adequate proof that this guy is "Crusher" but okay. unless Glitch says it
, or unless there are adequate screenshots to prove this guy is MoT/loxley/beldaron,
then he is innocent until proven guilty.

If glitch could prove it with IP's or something, perhaps. But this guy doesn't seem like Loxley at all.

I assume Kembo was a friend of Nathan, who got the toon through him. sat the toon, geared it up, and randomly started getting crucified after peeps saw the toon active again.

With the logic behind this, I've had my toon sat by Norman and Sox, does that make me norm or sox? hell no. it happens, people share toons.

Stop jumping to conclusions. If you don't trust him, just don't give him expensive stuff. If he's a bad apple, it will show. If he's not, then great!

Regardless if bad apple or not people are blatantly doing what ever without even the decency to keep it private. if u have an issue with somebody Iggy and move on. however doesn't give you the right to bring drama to forums and a disregard for the ToU.

problem is. i've known nate for 5 years. did i not mention anywhere that not only did nate say his toon was stolen by crusher, he emailed glitchless to reclaim? but cuz of new tou glitch ain't getting involved.

if a friend of 5 years tells me something. i'll believe it. and even kembo admits it's a scammed toon. in the screenies he doesn't even know what happened to nate or who owns the account? implying they're friends? lol. you don't know anything about situation and didn't read anything clearly.

i make claims a lot. but how many of them have no backing behind it?

and something as severe as a scammer. do any of you really believe. i'd make a claim on a whim. and have no certainty behind it? it may not meet proof in a court of law. but does that mean that justice isn't deserved just because it can't be proven? guess what. if you witness a murderer kill someone. but there is no evidence. your witness probably won't be enough to get them convicted. but can you feel ok just letting a murderer walk out scot free?

there are countless times when the burden of proof, cannot be met. that's why it's called a burden.

ip address? why don't we ask boolas how hard it is to get a new ip. he's been ip bant how many times?

email? takes 5 minutes to set that up.

credit card? yh. those are hard to get. hell you can bliss on a damn subway card.

It's not solid evidence. But that being said, If you wanna help Nate why don't you use the now naked toon, gear it up, and leave it for him so he comes back to a toon that has gear?

If you're going to quit the game and give your toon away, at least give it to a trustworthy friend, If not, you may see your toon whored away to someone you've never met, or possibly lost ownership. Maybe even banned if the toon is used to scam.

You jumped to conclusions that this guy is the same person, In the situation of Kembo it seems to me like he got a salvaged toon, decided to use it, then peeps are like. that toon was stolen and scammed, so he's like " oh crap, wellp. i'll give it back, and start anew on my main" , that's a sign of character there. If this guy was truly a scammer, he would have fought tooth and nail to keep the toon.

That being said, where is Nate? If he wants to fight hard for a toon he's owned for years he'd be messaging up Glitchless like a storm by now or something. Unless the guy is deceased or homeless or something idk. Best way to keep control of your own toon is to bliss on it like a mofo, and have trustworthy friends.

But if Kembo promises to not use the toon, then all should be well, yes? Or are you going to continue to label this person a scammer without solid proof?

and lakki. everything else aside. there is no disputing crusher stole the toon. now let me ask. crusher has no toons in nod currently right? all bant. so how does a new player who has never heard of crusher. (he said that in discord this morning) end up sitting a toon no one but crusher has the email or password for? if you can answer that i may be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.

crusher logged in nod one day. saw a newbie. and said "hai you wanna sit this toon for me? kbai"?
