As everyone knows. In team arena the higher rated you are the longer the queue grows. I assume this is to prevent them from getting too much rating. But why should top teams be punished with less tokens (sure tokens increase based on rating. But 4 extra tokens vs double queue time...)
But the biggest issue is now arena bonus is fairly reliant on number of matches done... When it takes 5 hours to do 10 matches... Even setting aside s2... Why should top people be punished for winning. So I'd say if not willing to speed up queues cuz of rating... Why not a queue multiplier:
X minutes of time spent in queue increases tokens and arena bonus by x%. And the % constantly increases the longer in queue. Exact number would be up to glitch ofc. This would even help s2 with never having people in queue. Wait 3 hours for match and get multiplied tokens and bonus
