Default WebGL Beta

Im on browser Opera and using windows 10. After comparing client with html5 with webGL i must say i have same problem on WebGL as i have on html5 (needs time to load image of stores/storage/inventory and small lag here and there) tho i remembered i had alot bigger issue with playing nod on browser a year ago so its totaly alot better. But i come to like client verson so when webGL works perfectly as the client i will change (i miss having tabs on client)

The time to start nod taking ages and when i tried to open another nod page on webGL it took ages before anything happen (ages= a min)

Trird to load it in Firefox, first 3 times failed, reinstalled flash player , it worked, not all buttons such as inventory and gems seemed to work though. Loading was a pain , client is def way faster . Still missing the java version with Firefox but that is due Firefox not supporting java anymore

There's not likely anything we can do to help with load time, since the WebGL client is stripped pretty clean. You may get vastly different load times with different browsers, however, so it may be worth testing Microsoft Edge (the browser that comes with Win10) and Chrome.

The WebGL client will typically run much faster than HTML5, but it uses more memory. So for people running many instances of Nodiatis, they may be better off using HTML5 unless they have a lot of RAM - at least 1 gig per instance. You will have terrible performance if you run out of memory and start swapping - when computer uses hard drive for RAM out of necessity.

Current known problems are:
-slow initialization
-inability to tab between text boxes
-window visibility/scaling issues (temporary fix by reselect your preferred scale under Main Window Options)
-Fullscreen window positioning issues (no temp fix yet)

Also the box where nod is displayed in is way larger , about the RAM/HDD issue , I would strongly recommend against using Edge since it has no flash player add-on yet and uses outsourced settings , making nod way heavier than it should be

I dunno if this relates to the scaling issue Glitchless mentioned as it annoyed me enough to change back to the normal tab I use for Nodiatis. On the WebGL tab my inventory, when it popped up after battle, was in the black part of the screen (had to go full screen to see it) and it was horizontal, as if it was a storage slot area instead, but all the items were in the position they would have been in if it was turned back to it's vertical position.

In the WebGL client, just like the downloadable client, the windows for inventory and storage float by default and are resizable. If you want it to work like on the HTML5 client, simply go to window options and turn off floating.
