multiple servers?

Is it possible for this game to have a dedicated seperate (but equal) player server for the paying folks and leave the non-paying populace to fend for themselves until they cough up the cash? More people might pay if they knew they could get away from some of the dregs that seem to wash ashore and love to lick the tears of unfathomable sadness from the faces of those who are eaisly irritated and can't seem to find the ignore button
