This is all just mot trying to get a good "rep" so he can get the civil mod job he asked about not too long ago.
You aren't a civil mod so stop trying to act like it. OR conversely try emailing your finding to glitch instead of posting on the forums. Then you can report people all day everyday and no one will know.

Serious answer here, I used to work as a chat moderator for a year over another game, and even then your screenshot would not of been correct to post and your mute would of been voided, in fact if I had seen a mute with that kind of proof I would of lift it right away, 2 things :
1) Issue should be sent to Glitchless with a proof as to why it happened, if there is moderator thread on this forum at this effect, then that's where it should of gone, not here at the view of everyone, that's just unprofessional.
2) if you're taking a screenshot(which is primordial in any case to prove you were in the right) only screenshoting the line of what happened isn't valid. The way it should be you should screenshot the chat to see the reason WHY he said that because the way it is you could of just bait him to insult you and then be like "hey guise he broke rulesssss", that's why your screenshot doesn't cut it. Also it's not that I'm trying to judge you or anything but I'm literally seeing the fact you were pming him IN your screenshot, so it sounds pretty much like you were baiting that comment...That's exactly why you'd need your full chat for that >_>
Also, little note, but Daer is absolutely right, acronyms should not count for this, so I guess your screenshot is wrong at two places, not only one.
While I do agree that civil chat should be moderated, you're doing it wrong as it stands.
