Still need more tracert data if Datacenter is going to be of any assistance. It does look like a routing issue now, so it is important.

To copy data from the command prompt, right click the screen, click mark, highlight all text, right click, then paste to here.

Or you can run:
tracert nodiatis.com > c:\output.txt
When it is done it will have all the data in the output.txt file in your c drive that you can paste to here.

It's funny how the day net neutrality gets passed is the day lag kicks up in nod for most people and its neither on Glitches' end nor the players.

I'm quite sure this is the problem. From what i understand about it, the FCC is now filtering all data that is circulating through the internet here in the states. This extra routing will slow things down since filtering will be/has been initiated.

May just have to get used to it unless they can find a way to fix this. I've heard reports that when Europe first got its own version of net neutrality a while back, everything slowed down for them. I am unaware of whether or not their speed hindrance still exists. If so then that may explain why EU players have worse lag; double the filtering.

All in all, this is what I suspect, but I do hope i'm wrong.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Jeez, for a trucker you don't understand traffic. The FCC is NOT filtering data. Net neutrality (which hasn't yet taken effect and won't for a while because the federal government is slower than molasses) works like this:

Comcast: Hey Glitchless, you have to pay me $12 million and I'll prioritize your traffic over everyone else. If you don't, you get throttled and the companies that DID pay me get priority over you.

Glitchless: C'mon bro, that ain't legal.

Comcast: So? Pay up bish.

Glitchless: Hey, FCC, plox investigate this, pretty sure this is illegal now.

FCC: Comcast, what do you think you're doing? You can't extort money from companies anymore, nor can you throttle users because they're watching a lot of pr0n. That ain't cool dude.

Comcast: OK I guess the negative taxes we paid last year will just have to go into infrastructure instead of $150 million bonuses so we don't lose ****tons of customers.

Glitchless: Haha! Now my players can continue to be completely addicted to Nodiatis and geef me money, and I won't have to go out of business because I can't afford the massive fees that Netflix and Google pay! Suck on that Comcast!

FCC: *plays America the Beautiful*

To put it simply, net neutrality forbids Internet companies from requiring extra fees in order to NOT throttle content. So, for example, as a small company, Glitchless probably can't afford those massive fees that ISPs are now routinely charging companies and websites. Therefore, Glitchless traffic gets throttled.

So, to sum up:
1. The new regulations have not yet gone into effect and won't until the Republicans and the ISPs stop suing the FCC.
2. NO ENTITY IN THE WORLD has the capacity to filter every single piece of Internet traffic through their servers. It would require building a NOC the size of a medium-sized city, would cost an insane amount of money, and would be entirely illegal under our laws and constitution.
3. These new regulations are supported by a vast majority of IT professionals (such as myself), and are opposed by ISPs (or rather, their lawyers and executives), as well as a number of Republican politicians.
4. These same Republican politicians are idiots. I cite Ted Cruz: "Net Neutrality is Obamacare for the Internet. The Internet should not run at the speed of government" several days after receiving a large donation from an industry group. So A) he has no idea how networking actually works, and B) he's bought and paid for.

So no, net neutrality has absolutely nothing to do with this issue.
