Default Skipping Tutorial

Option to skip tutorial for old players.

Click button to skip. Textbox opens, prompting you to type the name of your main and hit enter. Upon doing so, your main receives a choice of allowing you to skip tutorial (must have that toon logged, of course).

Also you'd probably need a toggle which is default set to on to block people from sending you 'skip tutorial' messages when they aren't your accounts.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Why, the tutorial takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Asleepycheezit was claiming a problem with making a new toon on a PC last night, so I make a toon Cheezitpctest, and when I completed the tutorial in about 3 minutes I spoke to him from that toon to prove there was nothing wrong.

How about making the tutorial skip based on IP address?
