Dust Crafting

With the incentive to cap, I see a real shortage of low tier epics and dusts on the AH. If someone new joins, with such a low player base producing this stuff, it seems as though the low levels have to work much harder to acquire any powerful low level epics since no one farms or makes them. This cant be good for the game making it harder for the new blood that decides to play the game. I was thinking a possible solution to this would be a new skill:

DustCrafting

This skill would enable high level players to use up their unwanted low tier stuff to fix this problem, and make it worth making lower tier stuff for the lower levels in the game. I just think, rather than it being another opportunity for caps to make more money, it would provide those 'not so powerful' to make the lower tiered epics.

Just read Jewel's thread on dustcrafting. I like it, but Im looking at it more from the new player perspective. No epic skills, no legendary tools and no crafting pots. Keep it simple so that the low levels will be the ones that benefit from it.
