Tempers/Utptiered armor

I had a good idea I think glitch...
To encourage people to uptier amour and weapons I think it would be neat if they gained a lil % per uptier of HP from tempers

Reason why, when you uptier you lose existing tempers which sucks and people don't usually want to do that.. ALSO, the more you uptier the less you gain for the $$... Just something to consider?

i think this could work....wouldnt have to be much either per uptier say even 5% per uptier or a small number like that would make it worth while
