it'll be changed in a few patches

you may or may not get a tc depending on your actions and contribution to nodiatis.

i have noticed lots of things that are not exactly detrimental to gameplay but is just annoying and was probably cleaned up later on afterwards

It isn't really a tc worthy bug. You know you can't sell it to the store and you know travel gear is auto soulbound so it is un AHable.

And? It is not really a bug just shared code without the text modified for the new item. If it bothers you that much then collect them all (with a description on how to reproduce it) and post it in the bug section. To make people ease up on your "useless threads" try to do them all in one so you don't take up so much space
