Agree they need buffed. But 150 is too much.
One problem with stat runes is when a clan spends millions to activate a rune, they want to know that it's really doing something. A rune that gives 6% increase damage give 6% increase damage. It's easy to decide if you want to spend RP for them. But with stat runes, it's far less clear just what the benefit is and a clan will be reluctant to spend the rt.
Also, a fixed stat increase will affect different level players and different stat distributions very differently. Again a 6% increase is 6%. But 50 increase in a stat will have a huge increase for a level 30 player, or a huge increase (and possible exploit) for neglected stats or neg stone stats for capped players.
I agree overall, but I think a good balance will be hard to get. Maybe make stat runes a percentage increase instead of a fixed amount. And there would need to be some way to avoid doing a quick swap to get stats below 50.
