New World/Server

Would be interesting to have the option to create characters in a new world, kind of like a new Server.

You would be able to transfer characters to that world, but the act of transfer would reset all your quests, skills, items, gold and total XP to 0, and you would have no Boon.
Well, gold could be resetted to the amount you start a new game with.

It would be a true new start, where you'd only keep your real money purchases (virtues, normal/premium time, etc).

Even though TCs are real money purchases, they might not carry over otherwise people would simply spend all their Gold on TCs in the AH and then transfer.

With the loss of learning skills you'd lose any excess rollover time.
