Move Gem bar?

Would it be possible to either move the gem bar and attack bars or give us some other positions to place it?

Only asking because I honestly have no idea what those Snakes look like as they hide behind the interface!

Also, love the new split chat, but with it being so small it's hard to keep up with everything when people are talking. Is it technically possible to create a separate window that we can resize and drag around for chat? That would allow easier chat with everyone i think!
