Clan Tax Modification

Alright I've seen several clan tax proposals and I've thought about it for a long time. The problem right now as I see it isn't your level's impact on clan tax but your paid status. A paid account doesn't actually need clan tax. He can donate 100% of his rp, it's merely a convenience. A free account cannot donate rp, so he's stuck grinding out his rp through taxes.

The problem: I run a clan of approximately 50 members. Out of these, about 15 or 20 are frees at any one time. If I raise the clan tax so they can contribute more, I risk losing paid accounts due to high taxes. I've lost several members due to that just in the last couple months. This causes clans to reject free accounts, which is a problem with such a small player base.

The solution: Make it so we can either designate free accounts to have a higher tax if we want, or make it so we can designate individual players to have different tax rates. Obviously a level 20 free can make a lot more money per chest and so requires a lot lower tax to make rp than a level 10 does.
