Damage per Second?
Pro tips is BS, that's not DPS, that's Damage per Delay.
How much delay = 1 second?

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.
Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

According to the client. 1 delay = 0.143 seconds. The client was coded by Glitchless so there's your answer.

I was the one who told PK this for a definite answer. I did it by testing...during looting, i had a sylvain gem(5 sec delay) in play and a chipmunk(35 delay). i watched them both for the entire 3 minute looting period, and both ALWAYS went off at the same time. This meant that it's at least extremely close, since the game only updates every ~1.5-1.75 secs or so, which is why occasionally you see delay 10 weapons "double attack" before you actually have the skill. I did this 5-6 times before i was satisfied, so 35 delay = 5 seconds, or 7 delay = 1 second. That would be .142857 seconds as one delay, since it could be slightly off(but only by negligible amounts, if 3 minutes worth of time was the same, 0.143 sounds fine to me. Fyi, 0.143 would be 180.18 seconds, so the sylvain vs chipmunk would still be spot on
BtB, is there any chance that's rounded? A lot of other things appear rounded when displayed, one of them being the virts as 3.33%, when it's really 1/30, or 0.033333333333 etc.

No the client had delaypersecond = 143 the 143 is in milliseconds so its 0.143 exactly. It was taken from an older client, so they could have put a new delay value by now. The 143 is probably rounded from the 7 to 1 ratio to keep it simple. Difference is so small we wouldnt notice it.
