Buddy List Memo

Would it be possible to maybe add a memo to each person you have on your buddy list? I personally add buddies who want to buy certain resources and then once I get the resources I forget who wanted them...or if I owe someone gold or something...
Could it be possible to put a note that would show up when you put your cursor over the buddies name in the buddy list? That would be awesomely helpful.
