Non anonymous is better because we can delay with that opener , "forget" to ca or switch target properly. We don't throw matches. ....we just focus more or less on a fight depending who we see on our or other side .

But seriously - there is no bad format. Every one has their Pros and cons. Adjust to it .

I support anonymous. It takes more focus and thinking to figure what's going on and how help /understand each others without words

Anon just promotes people who do not care about pvp to queue and to do poorly with no way to help them actually improve. people become lazy and do not shatter, do not get rid of bif/splits do not actually try in the season. It's a bad example of what pvp can be and teaches people how to do pvp poorly.

You got a point here some could be more recognized than others.

Thats the problem imo. Anon vs non anon makes no difference for the stronger toons, everyone knows who they are. The issue imo is for all the middling toons. Pretty hard to tell who the bm is thats not shattering, not changing target, not droping bif, etc etc.

Its fast because its solo que... it being anon or not anon would have no difference on que speeds (unless people stop queing so they cant hide behind anon)

If your throwing match's gtfo out of arena. Period. By choice or by ban

Its a lot harder to get away with throwing match's when you can clearly see that the person doing stupid stuff is the alt of some old op cap OR is a new cap that you can then give them advice on how to improve. No guess work as to if they need to be reported or if they are just some new player/nub/whatever that could use some friendly advice.

this would be interesting as everyone would assume that anons are lowbies that can't throw in the first place nor contribute and as such no one would aim at them, nor report them.that said it would be easier to choose targets, and as such why not remove anon for everyone?

hell, what if the sneaky anon is a one-shottable angel, but no one would ever know who it was and prioritize in the future?furthermore, what if such angel would only rez "certain people" and not rez others?looks like an offense to me, regardless of angel's level.

Regardless of anonimity solo 3 vs 3 is a great chance for people with weaker gear and skills.

With hard work (heavy participation) and will to aid your team any way you can everyone has a shoot at good rating.

"I'm total noob - I can't help!" - quick example: get shield on , taunt and use tactician CA. You may just hold your enemies long enough to allow your team mates pew pew them to hell

Any help is better then no help.

I have no special preference about anonymity in arena. But if my experience can add something to Glitch is one lesson learned in life and it is : "Make no exceptions"

Whatever your decision is keep it or remove, make it globally for all.

keep it anon as is, the only change, don't show auras or the gems for shatter. Noone will even know. Now THAT would be fun and interesting.

Part 2 of no gems, make them anon as well so you can still shatter not knowing what they are, kind of a guessing game. Odds are, if you have auras up, then all are important anyway
