The most common reason i hear people saying as to why they don't vote is "let the players that play on that server vote". As a result there are only a few people who vote 5 stars while more people vote 0 so the rating is starting to go down rapidly. We are now at 3.90. The lowest in weeks.

Voting takes me less than 1 minute a day. These buffs affect both servers. People whined for years about wanting a storage or wanting mounts. It takes less than 1 minute or work per day to gradually get there. If you don't got an account maybe 5 minutes the first day. You guys all wanted this crap for years yet aren't willing to put in a minimal amount of effort for it?

4.0+ Rating and 1,000 Votes - Ability for more storage space.
4.2+ Rating and 2,500 Votes - Double the trade window slots.
4.3+ Rating and 5,000 Votes - Ability for more inventory space.
4.4+ Rating and 10,000 Votes - New island added to the map with beautiful zones and nightmarish creatures.
4.5+ Rating and 25,000 Votes - Mounts that will allow for faster travel and increased carrying capacity.

If there is anything there that you guys want you should put a tiny bit of effort into getting it rather than letting the few that do vote 5 stars do all the work.

I morally oppose the idea of downvoting a game daily, even though you continue to play it. Therefore, I support the idea of countering those trolls in every way possible.

This assumes that there is some sort of integrity in the Newgrounds voting system to begin with, and that the ratings that games garner from these are an actual representation of their relative value. If you believe that, fine, downvote away.

The reality is that all online voting systems are a means of trading capital. The capital in this case is viewed ads. In lieu of putting ads on Nodiatis we are sending the players willing to do the dirty deed of seeing (or attempting to block) ads on Newgrounds in exchange for potentially greater visibility for Nodiatis - climbing the rank means that people on Newgrounds may actually see the game when sorting games by rank as opposed to the case now where the only people that see the game are people that already know about it.

Fair enough. I voted 5 stars once at the release and have not voted since then. I think I may still abstain from voting because I don't feel the game deserves 5 stars yet and I am too lazy to go to NG.
