Remember me, 83 boss?



I have confirmed that both static and random bosses drop extra gold by beating up the 83 boss over and over. This is the highest gold rush I had, and it is in travel mode (only 2137 XP) with no rune of riches or arena. So if I had been using RRT it could have been 21K plus bonuses.

Still, it isn't worth it for me to farm here unless I am trying to make some gold quickly because I am trying to find heroic essences, and in the long run I think the trophies from regular mobs would be worth a lot more.

I like this patch, but if I have a random encounter with the heroic 88 boss while farming, I will still escape rather than fight it. I draw escapes very quickly from my third pouch, and it takes a long time to heal from the massive damage that boss can do. The escape pouch is still worth having for other purposes.

Yea, perhaps getting our gold chest every fight would be a nice healing touch.
Ofc the point is not to exploit it or make it a way to farm bosses just to make gold...your point was just to make it more appealing and dont waste time escaping instead of just killing the boss...BUT when we wait like 5...6...7...8..seconds and no gold chest appears, i cry.

i agree, heroic bosses will still be a problem and not really worth fighting based on the time it takes to kill, and the damage you can take

Meeting a boss is still an escape-fest. Nothing has changed. I just fought a boss with my alt, I got 500g and he got 300g. Won't bother fighting a boss again. Not worth the time and effort, even if we do get extra gold on a rare occaison.

I'm not trying to kid anyone. /inspect tomthesatnav Doesn't take much to tear down a lvl 47 boss with 59 crushers. Of all my characters, boss killing is about 1.25 times the speed of the highest-level mob in that area.

I will agree with you that I'm awesome though.

I would like to see an additional change.... if this doesnt already exist... i believe it doesnt.. but not sure... I would like a greater chance to recieve Heroic Ess'cs from bbosses

5 random boss kills today and total gain from boss chests is about 2k IMO not really worth to waste 3 times more RRT for boss kill if i can get much more from mob chests

Yes, it is working. I've had a non-arena boss rush of about 23k, and a clannie of mine has had a non-arena boss rush of about 30k

I've also had a boss GR of 1.2k ... on prem, and in queue. So that would seem to show that is is really random

i had a non arena, non GR of 3k gold. and then ive had 200 gold, with same bonuses.

it is UP TO 4 times. not garunteed, so you could get it or not, thats all

Even the pro tip says the update is useless unless you are in TM or have no RT (1/7)
