REFUND POLICY Orders for account service enhancements can be placed directly via PayPal, or via one of many purchase options provided by our billing partner Xsolla Inc. Players who make accidental or duplicate orders and report them within 24 hours to help@nodiatis.com will have their orders fully refunded and removed from their account. Do not hesitate to e-mail help@nodiatis.com for any order issues you may encounter as we will do everything in our power to make sure our customers are fully satisfied while maintaining a strict refund policy to prevent exploitation. Pay special attention to the rules below to ensure your account safety. We will not issue refunds for players who lose access to their accounts due to failure to follow these rules. GENERAL GAME RULES (Also found in the FAQ) 1. Do not give your password to ANYONE or use it on other sites! We will not ask you for your password. Anyone asking you for your password is a scammer. Use a strong, safe password with both letters and numbers. 2. Do not share your account. ALL the accounts any one person accesses must all have the same e-mail - there are no exceptions to this e-mail rule, even for family members in the same house. As of Dec 31st 2021, sharing accounts is a bannable offense. All your characters must be assigned to the same e-mail and no one else may access the character or know the password. The only exception allowed is family members playing from the same house and using the SAME shared e-mail. You may not use a shared e-mail account unless you meet the exception of being family members living in the same house. Family members who are not sharing accounts should have their accounts on their own separete e-mails. The person whose e-mail is assigned to the account designates the only person who has rights to access it. Until Dec 31st 2026, any players who were away on active duty military service when this rule went into effect may also be allowed to recover accounts from someone they loaned it to, provided that person agrees. 3. Constructive criticism of the game is encouraged but bashing the game, company, or moderators, will not be tolerated in any channel. To be on the safe side, don't be an annoying jerk to other players or moderators in any channel. When in civil chat keep it clean! If you want to swear or discuss inflammatory topics such as religion, politics, yiffing, or drugs, use the uncivil channel or you will at the very least be banned from civil chat. 4. Be Safe. Do not play the game from a compromised/infected computer. Doing so can allow keyloggers to get your password and cause you a world of pain. To make sure you don't have any viruses or spyware we recommend you use: Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro USA or Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus - Best Protection. Free Trial Download They are free. 5. You may not trade anything in the game for real life currency or assets on another game. This is the only way to prevent scamming from becoming rampant. Anyone attempting to lend, sell, or share their character with/to you is a scammer. 6. Do not mislead, troll, tease, or sarcastically misdirect players in civil. In uncivil this does not apply, but in civil nothing should be said that can mislead players, and only serious answers to other players' questions - no matter how dumb - will be tolerated. NOTE: Being banned from civil is not a laughing matter, it comes with trade restrictions that you will not enjoy. 7. Do not speak on behalf of others who have been muted or banned. 8. Don't Bot. No form of automation is allowed. Multi-boxing is acceptable, but you can only broadcast 1 action to all your clients with each keystroke, nothing more. 9. Don't make or suggest making the game easier for new players. Nodiatis is not for the weak. An easy beginning makes for pathetic warriors, not worthy of the princess's communions. OWNERSHIP, VALUE, ACCESS RIGHTS The right to access the Nodiatis sites, software, accounts, etc, and regardless of whether it is paid access or free access, is provided strictly as a service. Nodiatis accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc are agreed to have absolutely no monetary value. Glitchless LLC retains sole custody and ownership of all Nodiatis accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc. Glitchless LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the sites/services at any time, without notice or justification, and for any reason, and especially for any violation of these terms of use. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE Glitchless LLC (sole owner/operator of Nodiatis) reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE As a condition of your use of the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services, you will not use the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Glitchless LLC Sites/Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Glitchless LLC Sites/Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Glitchless LLC Site/Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Glitchless LLC Site/Service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services. AUTOMATION OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. AUTOMATION IS DEFINED AS ANY ACTIONS SENT TO THE GAME SERVER WHILE NOT RESPONDING TO REQUESTS MADE BY THE GAME REQUIRING HUMAN RESPONSE. SUCH REQUESTS MAY BE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO STOPPING WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND INTELLIGENTLY RESPONDING TO A MODERATOR, OR PASSING A MATHEMATIC/COUNTING TEST. It is illegal to continue to make game actions if you are not coherently paying attention to the game action so that you will be able to respond to these requests. Failure to do so will result in banning of all the accounts recently accessed by your computer. USE OF SERVICES The Glitchless LLC Sites/Services provide an outlet for communication with other visitors.  By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when communicating in any way, shape, or form with other site visitors, you will not: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to do the same. Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Glitchless LLC Sites/Services. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Violate any of the forum or otherwise posted rules specific to the site you are using. Attempt to undermine the authority of site moderators. Attempt to barter accounts, account settings, permissions, accessories, upgrades, enhancements, items, assets, etc. for anything which has monetary value or for anything outside of the game itself. Partake in any activity that has the potential to dissuade others from enjoying or remaining playing the game. Glitchless LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Glitchless LLC deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Glitchless LLC's sole discretion. MATERIALS PROVIDED TO GLITCHLESS LLC OR POSTED AT ANY GLITCHLESS LLC WEBSITE By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Glitchless LLC, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. You acknowledge that Glitchless LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts at their discretion if it is deemed that the account is being used in any way that is detrimental to the game or has violated any of the aforementioned terms. An explanation can be requested, but may not be provided if it is deemed that doing so would provide information that could make cheating or illegitimate play easier in the future. GLITCHLESS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. THIS SERVICE MAY CONTAIN TRANSLATIONS POWERED BY GOOGLE.
